Cross-culture communication Skill
【Target】
1. Rise up communication efficiency under cross-culture environment;
2. Bring up company’s competition ability ;
3. Learning practical communication skills in daily work;
【Training style】
Leading with theory of cross-culture communication in business environment, go through by interactive case discussion and practice, the attendants will be able to master practical skill and rise up team’s working efficiency.
【Program content】
Morning session:
A.Three common communication styles in developed country, developing country and under-developed country, and how to cope with them:
1. Developed countries: right-on-the-point style, influenced by its culture and its priority in the business environment;
2. Developing countries: talking-around style, culture influence and situation in the business environment;
3. Under developed countries: short of rules, no style, culture influence and how to set up regulations in the business environment.
4. Interactive exercise: the root-cause of communication problems:
Problems caused by experiences differences,
Problems caused by different view of points
Problems caused by lack of relevant information
B. Practice-on-class:(working case simulation by the attendants)
Working report of the last quarter(one attendant reports in the front, talking about three projects completed in the last quarter, the rest attendants can ask questions regarding the report, the trainer will guide the whole process and provide comment. The reporting time is 5-8 minutes, the target is to show how to build up an efficient communication style between manager and subordinate. )
Product promotion:(5-8 minutes to introduce 3 good features of the product for the protentional customers, the rest attendants can ask questions regarding the product, the trainer will guide the whole process and provide comment, the target is, as an professional, to master logical talking style to elaborate an object. )
Afternoon session:
Practical skills: how to build up an highly efficient team communication style:
1. Between boss and subordinate: how to apply the rule of “crying baby gets milk first”
2. Case1(class discuss interactively):A question from a new CFO.
Case2: how to communicate when dealing comfort-zoon.
3. Master the 3C regulation to build up network horizontally:
- Real case sharing from the trainer
4. Summary of the day and Q&A session。
